    Yep. This is the way it always fucking happens. You are just ready to throw this year in the shitter and start looking to next year without getting your hopes up. And then it happens. The team gets fairly healthy, the pieces come together, and they start playing well. Varitek lights the spark by not putting up with A Rod's mouthing off and just shoving his ass. The big comeback against Mo. Even Nomar came out of the dugout during the fight.

    They get you excited about the post season and that this could be the year. And we all really know how the fucking story is going to turn out.

    Being a Red Sox fan is just too fucking hard, but of course I am sucked in. Fuckers.
