I've been seeing this a lot lately in the gym where I've seen some guys a couple months ago that are so damn bony only 3 months later to be ripped like Arnold. I'm wondering what they're really using b/c creatine doesn't get you that ripped that fast. It's happening more and more, it seems that the high school students are getting their hands on this, whatever it is.

I consider myself a damn fit guy but there is no way I get that way in that short of time. Maybe I'm just getting to be an old bastard....

if you are already relatively thin, then you get "ripped" in less than a month with proper diet and excercise. I got my body fat down to 3% a couple of years ago...I started at 9% and it took about 3 weeks.

I've always taken something before I workout, not as a fat burner though....lately it has been sugar free red bull. back in those days I was taking various stuff with ephedra which ended up raising my blood pressure so I stopped. It was all controlling carbohydrate intake.

when you are young like that, you can put on a lot of muscle in a short amount of time if they know what they are doing...I doubt most HS kids have the motivation and knowledge though...probably on steroids...HS kids are known for that. I also doubt they can afford a lot of supplements....steroids are cheaper.
