    See Lexxy, you let that one fly right on over your head. Nobody has yet, in my opinion, answered the first one yet.

    You lost me on the waltzing bit. But when you said both sides winning, how can that be? If they were just stuck at the line, then to me, that's a D win, right?

    Where's Snoil, Mags, Sandy, etc. and all their expertise when you need it?

  5. at some point, there would still be a talent vs talent issue....assuming the field position is a ways away from the end zone. It would come down to the RB making an unblocked defender or two miss vs and the defender's ability to tackle in the open field. Even if the RB made the defender(s) miss, he still has to out run them.... then the speed of the RB vs the speed of the defenders trying to catch him. the unblocked defender could even force the rb to cut back into where the flow of the defense is coming to make the play.

    A lot depends on the type of running play and game situation...how many times have you seen a RB break a long run on 3rd or 4th and short where the D is basically playing goal line defense?
