Sorry, Wakefield kicked ass in the 1992 NLCS. Steve Avery was the young stud in the 1991 NLCS.:D

well, I am disappointed about last night. yes Pedro should of been yanked, but hindsight is 20-20. I feel for Grady today. He is gonna take alot of heat. He did a great job though, that team is full of a bunch of cast offs that nobody wanted and they overachieved to get this far.

The only member of the Red Sox I feel for is Grady Little. He will take heat for asking his star player to do what he has done against every team not named New York Yankees. For some reason, the Yankees rally time and time again and typically, it gets started with Jeter.
The media will rip Grady Little for the decision not to remove Pedro when it was his awesome leadership and decision making all season long that kept that clubhouse cohesive.

Great note for you baseball historians. The pitchers who combined to pitch last night's Yankees' victory had a combined 830-plus wins (might even be more as I forgot the exact number). Wells 200, "Moose" 199, Clemens 310, Rivera, Nelson and Heredia... Red Sox fan or Yankees fan, that is pretty cool.
