Fact: The other people who read the college football forum thought you weren't worth the time of day.

I have come to this conclusion using two pieces of evidence:

    1) Private messages I have received by multiple people who post in this forum.

    2) While I'm the only one actively proving that you're an ignorant biased prick, others have taken subtle jabs at you over the last five pages noting the holes in your statements and criticisms of the player, coach, and program.

    Now more backpeddaling.....

It's been a while since I read anything in this thread. Are y'all still arguing about that unc recruit brutally raping that 12 year old?

This was gottalaff's post after I posted the actual law. Looks like he thought it was worth the time of the day. monstercat, Franchise, and kickazz have all responded as well as you so they thought it was worth the time of day to post. Again, you are a delusional fool who started out as saying a kid charged with statutory rape made "a mistake" (real classy). I proved that regardless of what happens, he broke the Florida law around statutory rape and you then shift the argument that I am somehow taking joy in this because I made one post in sarcasm. Now, some 'tard wal-marters email you to stop trying because you aren't helping the image so you go a step farther and contradict yourself in your own posts. Seriously, I would agree with them that this isn't worth your time. You have proven to be dense and it's better to just let it go.

    Here's the summary:

After I proved that he was in fact a statutory rapist, The Game came along and said that a statutory rapist had made a 'mistake'. We had a few interesting comments (by both UNC and NCSU fans) around the case and law. Then, The Game goes off on some diatribe where he tries to take a case of statutory rape and make it about a NCSU fan and ends up contradicting his own posts. It's been, well, entertaining.

Seen some cases like that, but also seen some where the girl admits that the guy forced her to have sex with him. Even if it's not true by her, he will get screwed over by the courts because it's her word vs. his, guy gets convicted about 99% of the time.

It happens a lot that people don't have the guts to charge people because most act on the circumstance at hand instead of thinking it out. She freaked out after she found them and pressed charges without thinking.

My unbiased opinion is that if you break the law, you should pay the price, no matter what team you play for or how much money you have. Not everyone has the same opinion by all means but I've read a lot of stuff about people that should get jail or communiy service(at least) get off clear of all charges.

Agreed which is why I earlier said I wouldn't want him at NCSU Fall '09. He needs to go to JUCO and keep his nose clean and earn the right to attend an ACC school because regardless of the circumstances, he broke Florida Law as her consent cannot be used as a defense.
