If you read earlier I said that NC State fans have trouble understanding that their team is no better than average at any sport. Baseball and Basketball are sports, are they not?




Franchise, can you point me to the post where myself or any other Tar Heel fan claimed that we won the ACC Championship. Maybe wolfpac is just dreaming again.....

 

This is absolutely nothing similar to what UNC is doing. USC is telling him to show them he's committed to them, not anyone else.
UNC is just saying "Your offer is no longer available, just because we found someone better than you and it will improve our recruiting class ranking to have him instead of you."
Listen, there is NO program in America doing what UNC is doing. That's why people are saying things about it. Do you think we're naive enough to believe that other programs are doing this to the extent of UNC and we just want to complain about them? No matter what you might feel, I'm telling you, I would bitch and moan about any program doing what they are doing. I said the same thing about Arizona State's baseball team, that signed something like 30 freshmen one year. You know there won't be that many scholarships available so why do that?! It just makes it worse that the moron fans of UNC defend this practice.

I said one had we, you had to use three. We finished 3rd in our division, you finished 6th. We were a win against VT away from the ACC Championship, you guys were two wins away any way you shake it. We won eight games, you won six. We were ranked for part of the year, you weren't. We were bowl eligible after eight games, you had to win your last four games to earn an at-large bid because our conference has nine tie-ins and you finished tenth. Our recruiting has been better than yours each year that BD and TOB had been at the helm. We are improving steadily, you are remaining in mediocrity. Our program is better than yours.
