first time 3-0 since 1997 - bad call late, but I don't think it would've mattered.

This was a must win for Carolina. If they had lost to East Carolina the program would have taken a step back IMO. They got the win and now they need to get it going in league play. The offensive line still is a problem, maybe some players will get healthy. Because of the O line I can't really be too critical of the running game.

and that's still not the biggest problem, special teams is. horrible kicking game so far this year

    however

Felder, 5-foot-10, 162-pound athlete from Monroeville (Pa.) Gateway, chose UNC over fellow finalists Pittsburgh, Boston College and Illinois.

John Shoop recruited Felder for UNC as a slot receiver.

Quinn played like a man among boys against ECU.

As for kicking/punting - didn't Feagles kid get a scholarship as a punter? Why isn't he out there?

The most impressive thing, is that 20 of the 33 points given up by Carolina's defense came when the opponent started their drive on the carolina 33yd line or better. So a lot of those points are really on the offense and ST's units. They have lost the overall field position battle in all 3 games so far, but still won.

I think the offense will get better and better so I'm not too worried about that part, but I'm really worried about the punting and kicking game. We can't lose the field position battle in these upcoming ACC games and expect to keep winning.
