    finally picked up their album (got it for xmas). it's really, really good.

    there's somebody poser about them that i can't put my finger on... but oh well, it's good music, what can you do?

    yeah I was listening to the song Last Nite the other day . its one I know has gotten radio play - I thought that one was :cool:

    You can kill about 15 birds with one stone by buying the Strokes album. Takes care of all the other The bands.

    Yeah, I was at the record store one day and was looking at the rack and saw the Strokes, the Vines, the Hives and the White Stripes. I went with the Stripes and it was pretty good, but also a little too out there. I'm happy with my second pick.
