    I saw something on the Hilton sisters that surprised me - they have all kinds of named products that they conceived and designed - and they work their asses off promoting them internationally.

    Purses, jewelry, watches, shit like that. The brand is HUGE in Japan. They apprently make millions off of these products, and although they were famous to begin with, they've taken that fame and capitalized on it big time.

    I think Paris is hamming it up for publicity. She's now very famous, and a money brand. I also think the porno video was no accident. Serious merchandising...

    I thought she was an idiot until I saw this stuff. Now i think she's sharp as hell, and is playing her hand extremely admirably.

    It was a TV show in VH-1. I couldn't tell you when it will be back on, but since it's VH-1 you can bet it will be on another 100 times. And that's just this week.

    Yep VH-1.

    And I thought about it. I know alot of very rich people. Maybe not $150 million rich, but $50 million rich. There's more than you'd think - but none are marketing themselves the way these chicks are. No reason to.

    They're pulling a Madonna. We think they're stupid, and it's working for them. I think they must have inherited the go get 'em money making gene from their Grandpappy and daddy.

    It was surprising - but made alot of sense.

    The rich kids I knew just hung out and smoked dope and went skiing and shit.

    I'm sure these girls do too. They just have a better publicist than the ones you knew. You hit it with the marketing comment. Their "skill" is being rich. Who knew that was a skill? The publicist who's telling you it is and recognizes there are cable channels that makes shows about them - that's who.

    I thought the Japan thing was pretty smart too. They apparently dig blond sticks.
