    And they had a liner in the can or something. Alls I know is REALLY bad beer like Meister Brau gives me nasty shit and farts. Bud and other more "standard" American beers don't, so they're good.

    agreesome. I remember the days when a couple extra dollars meant I was drinking Michelob or Lowenbrau instead of High Life or Bud.

    I was perfectly happy eating pork until I got a job and discovered beef. I think it's the water but cows from Brooklyn are the shizzle.

    Keystone had the liner. Olympia was 3.49 for a 12 pack in high school. It's slogan was "It's the water" and it had a horse shoe with the words "Good Luck" on the can.

    Ah yes, now I remember. Oddly enough, drinking 40's of Olde English through a straw never gave me the shits, so it must be a good beer too.

    I honestly just don't care for the taste of regular american beers[Lowenbrau justa be ok]. They've changed the taste over the years, kinda like soft drinks don't taste nowhere near as good as once before.

    I was gonna mention those but I didn't think anyone would know. Used to drink some Ballantyne XXX quarts, too. Is that malt liquor?
