All-in-all, a pretty good lineup. Too bad I'm old and married with kids and will never be able to go...

    Preach it brother.

I wanna see Spoon. I've recently convinced myself that they must put on a kickass live show. Veteran, polished band, good material, and all that.

Is a Bonnaroo crowd really going to appreciate The Police?

I'd go just to see Clutch and Tool

[Bonnaroo crowd] They're there for the drugs, not the bands!

I went in 2004, it was unbearably hot, uncomfortable, waited in line for 10+ hours, got little sleep, and almost swore never to go back, but I had a good time, or so they tell me.

Edit: What's up with "The String Cheese Incident", I thought they broke up?

tom petty was a headliner last year .. i'd think the police have more cred with bonnaroo fans than ole tom..

i'm not too impressed by the lineup.. last year , radiohead sort of put the lineup over the top . the police? i dunno .. if i paid all that money and they didn't do 'canary in a coalmine' i'd be storming the fucking stage..

throw in the arctic monkeys and i'm there

.. o .. and there should be a 20$ discount for girl talk being there

I like Ween as well, saw them in '04, unfortunately I don't remember it, very late and I was back and forth between The X-acutioners, Ween, and Vida Blue, I'm going to pick up a few more of their CD's tonight. (DL'ed every Bob Marley and the Wailers album last night) :lolly: :pot:

I don't think even Ween remembers that one.

It was hot as sh*t that year, then it would rain like a MF'er, we had an RV, that A/C saved my life, but our toilet broke and had to mingle with the common folk, they smelled.

That year I enjoyed Trey(the symphony conducter), Moe., David Byrne, My Morning Jacket, Doc Watson, MM&W, Praxis (mother funkin' Buckethead!), Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra, those are few I remember seeing.

If I do it again, I'll plan it out a little better, and pace myself! Some of those meet and greets, with the artists in the a.m., were actually pretty cool.
