Have not only been dismantled, they're pretty beat up, too.

Interesting to read their take on Peete.

not only are they beat up, there offense is probably worse than ours and their secondary is very young w/ the exception of chris mcallister (which we need to grab at any cost this offseason). i still feel pretty good about our chances.

You gotta figure these comments have no emotional attachment coming from a team not in our division...

"Although Peete is certainly no Warner, he may be an upgrade over Weinke."

"With a young guy like Weinke, you could rattle a guy like that. With Rodney Peete, there's no rattling him."

And this pisses me off Billick... "It's going to be a challenge, but compared to the team we'll see possibly the next week against Tampa - possibly the most talented team in the NFL, along with Denver, a team that's been together awhile - yeah, there's a world of difference there," Billick said."

Wonder what he will say when we smack his ass this Sunday and then they go down and beat Tampa...

Top to bottom, what he said was no lie. Tampa is an extremely talented team.

I'd like a shot at McAllister or Bly this upcoming year. That would make for a righteous help to our D.

They're banged up - it really helps us that their SS is hurt because the backup sucks. Ed Reed is good but really young. Having Weaver be limited, along with McCrary, should give us at least some ability against the run if we can belly out McCrary and put a shoulder on Lewis.
