    Say what? I read this began wondering if my old TRS-80 was really a supercomputer that was misunderstood. Or perhaps why waste my time with the Tecra M2 laptop when I can get the Timex Sinclair out of the closet.

    Just to ponder this question, I pulled the white wheezer out of the closet and hunted around for a RF modulator to compare the Dreamcast to the XBOX (I do not have a PS/2). Wow, like comparing my HD Samsung to my old NEC EGA monitor. A Hitachi CPU that is basically a real fast Pentium II (not 3, not 4) and 26 megs of RAM total do not make a freaking PS2 killer. It was a good system, much better than the Nintendo units of that generation or the Playstation I. But it was not in the league of the PS/2- XBOX or Gamecubes...

    That's funny because I sold my PS2. I've only got XBox and Gamecube, but I'm under no false impressions that Sony didn't win this generation. I mean, they only sold 70 million consoles.

    That's about 3 times the combined amount of Xbox's and Gamecubes out there.

    xbox live "silver" for the 360 is free. can't play against other people, but you get some of the benefits (like d/l content perhaps?).

    Seriously though, I love XBox Live and it's well worth $50 a year (although I get it for much cheaper).

    Don't know about Brahma, but for me, theres nothing like mashing that circle button really fast to get me all randy. It sucks when you get your wang stuck in the cd drive though.
