Oh Schroll!!!!! The return of the 3-4!!!!

    Weaver, Jenkins, Giblet

    Edwards, Towns, Morgan, Fields

Brown and Cousins, Grant and Minter

We can pull Towns and Weaver now and then, put Rucker in for a 4/3 look. Take Fields out for Navies. All sorts of things we can do here.

You're right Piper, that'd give us a hell of a 3-4. I might even be tempted to see what Rucker could do as a rush LB. Drafting Edwards would give us that option also.

add a good corner or two and we're talking a strong playoff run in a year or so. that'd be a young, fast defense.

That same site now has a mock with the Aints trading with Minnesota, and grabbing Buchanon.

I think those guys smoked some crack before they wrote that Panthers story...........

I, like others, have serious questions about Peppers.
First off, I'm a Tarheel fan. Three of my children were born in Chapel Hill. I don't know what it is and I can't put a finger on it, but since he's come to Carolina, I've always felt there was something missing about him. If we take him, I'll be OK with banking on his potential. (#2's a little high to draft on potential, though, don't you think?)
I'm hoping for Jammer or a trade down and Buchanon and Freeney/Edwards. As much as the media has been selling Peppers the last few days, you can bet there are some draft managers out there salivating.
I'm hoping Hurney/Bushofsky knows it takes more bricks to lay the foundation. We can lay the capstone in the next couple of years.

Anyone hear Bunting on WFNZ this morning? He said Sims was more ready than Peppers.
