    Well Fuck. Halladay to DL for 6-8 weeks.

    Meanwhile Hamels is a beast first MLB pitcher to 8 wins. His price tage isn't going anywhere but up. Bite the bullet and sign him.... please

    Dodgers will sign Hamels next year. Phillies need to rebuild, everyone got old fast.

    Even thought Hamels is a California guy, he has been in the Phillies organization from the very beginning. He and his family live in the Philly area so here's hoping that has something to do with his decision. IMO The Phillies can't afford to let him go. We shall see!

    Magic and the new ownership are going to overpay for him to make the "splash". He will get Matt Cain money.

    I would be happy with Matt Cain money in April but the way he's pitching, and at his age he is probably going to surpass Cain money. Even so the Phillies really need to resign him

    Bitter sweet, hate seeing Thome leave but understand why. Chad Qualls sucks rat ass so I'd given him away which is basically what the Phils did. I really hope the Phillies don't trade Hamels but I am almost expecting it. If they do I hope they get some rock solid prospects back
