    ACK! i find i almost agree. not a van halen fan, tho. hmm... i still love billy corgan's guitar work on "gish" but he doesn't seem to do that anymore.

    wow. Scofield would be bad ass in what you're looking to put together. But violin, and no other solo/jam instruments? I hesitated to not put Popper in there for mine, just because I was about over-instrumentalized already.
