    We could start a new thread for Panthers plan 2024... But might as well continue this one.

    This is what I would do: I would hire Eric Bellamy and keep the coordinators in place as is, moving Tudor back to special teams.

    Joe Brady should be in the HC conversations... Bills are 6-1 since he took over as OC, only loss was to Philly in OT, they still scored 31

    Wasn't he said to be on the fast track to HC when he came here?

    Brian Burns is not the guy you want to build around. He played incredibly soft all year and admits now that he was afraid of getting hurt. Wow, that is certainly a guy you want to go to war with. Yet he still wants to be paid as top tier. Talk him up, show off his speed, and trade him as soon as possible

    Brown and Luvu are the guys you want to emulate on the D
