The Outsiders on ABC

Anybody watching this series on ABC? They follow a group of AMISH Teens from Ohio who get a brief window of time (Rumspringa) to check out the outside world. They then have to decide if they will go out to the outside world (and leave behind their family forever) or totally commit to the AMISH Lifestyle for the rest of their lives. Hmmmmmmmmm, didn't FOX do something like this a couple of years ago ? ? ?

THE BOTTOM LINE: When these AMISH Teens check out the Ipods, AMERICAN IDOL, XBOX, 500 Digital Cable Universe, concerts, beers, cars, and other stuff that is going on in the outside world, I will be surprised at the teens who decide to go back to the AMISH Lifestyle . . . . I think teens today are more exposed to whats going on in the outside world now quicker vs. their parents and grandparents. I'm more surprsied that they don't try to get to the outside world sooner and just runaway from home at 15/16/17!!!!!
