    Just rented the DVD and watched it. I actually thought it would be a weak movie, but I was wrong. Very good movie with an unexpected twist. Think i will definitely add it to my personal DVD collection.

    Anyone else see this movie?

    Is this the Nicole Kidman ghost movie? Nope. I want to though, for the, um, story.

    Excellent movie. I actually saw it in the theater. Two thumbs up. :aok:

    I rented From Hell yesterday. Don't bother. I plan on getting The Others tomorrow. And believe it or not, this belongs in the Hall of Shame thread, but I haven't seen Oceans Eleven yet.

    The Others is very well done. Saw it in the theaters and glad I did. I usually don't like Kidman but she did great in this film.

    i thought the others was very watchable. my in-laws hated it: no guns.

    I figured they were dead when her husband came back. But I didn't get that the "other" ghosts, what they were, till the end.

    It was good, but the twist wasn't twisty enough (given that "the 6th sense" pulled it off so much better). The way I see it, if a movie raises the bar like the 6th sense did, you've gotta top it, not just do something similar.
