Thanks for all the support guys.

We paid down all our debt in preparation for purchasing the house. We buy everything in cash & check card. The only thing we owe on now is my student loans, the cougar and, of course, the house.

We have $15k equity in the house on day one and can refinance in the near future to pay off the first two.

    Touch that. :ylsuper:

Oh, yeah... just to give you some satisfaction, the cougar is worth half of what I owe on it. It's still a great car and I have never had ANY problems with it. I plan to drive it until it dies.

I'm using mine to finance my move to the west coast in about 6 weeks.

Paying off the computer (which needs to be upgraded!) and then planning a fall trip to California.

I call bullshit. AS bad as you were in debt before there's no way you're already out of it short of selling off everything you own. I'm sorry but Chik-Fil-A just doesn't pay THAT good.

34k plus monthly bonuses. Not too bad for fast food management. Nice thing is that I am now exactly 3 miles from work. Mrs PG, however, has to drive 30 miles to the resort that she manages on the ocean. I would be changing jobs before putting up with the drive on highway 501 in rush hour traffic. Between me and her, we are doing ok now.
