    1 PG-
    Demon 25, Bennet 15, Baldwin 0
I feel bad for Mitch Baldwin, but he gets no minutes this year unless there is a nasty scoring gaurd to shut down.

    2 gaurd-
    Plav 30, Bennet 10, Sager 0
I see nowhere for Sager but final minutes for free throws or desperate 3's.

    3 forward-
    Basden 20, Pigford 15, Johnson 5
Lutz love affair with Basden continues. Butter doensn't sniff court unless he can mismatch occoasionally.

    4 forward-
    Withers 30, Clemmons 10
Withers only needs a breather here and there.

    5-
    Iti 25, Clemmons 15
Clemmons is the official breather guy again, gives Iti occasional break.

we are scary thin on big men. If a big guy goes down, we are in trouble without Spooner.

I agree on Bennett. Disagree on Baldwin- he get some minutes because of his def. and the energy he can bring to the team.
You may be right about Sager, but with Iti it may open thing up for the outside shooters.

its too bad baldwin cant just shoot A LITTLE. He has the best attitude ever and is one of the most athetic gaurds ever here. I just don'tsee Demon and Plav getting less than 25 minutes a game and Bennet will fill those breathers. Like I said, some games will require Mitch for lockdown, like Perry at Depaul last year.

I don't think Clemmons will play PF. Pigford will get 25 mpg with time at both forward positions. He has been a pleasant surprise.

Yes, we are hurting on big men. Foul trouble scares me. I guess we could always go with Withers, Pigford, Basden/Butter if the big guys get in trouble.

If Clemmons does not play PF, who will? I would like to see a lineup sometime of Withers at SF, Clemmons at PF, and Iti at C.

Mitch has been working on his shot all summer, and he's hitting from 15 and out a lot more.

Withers and Pigford will handle the PF with Pigford getting minutes at SF based on how Basden/Johnson do.

We'll need the Clemmons/Iti combination at center.

That would be great except Mitch cant get off a shot from 15 feet unless it is a runner or a free throw. To help us he has to be able to hit the three with some consistancy. That would help extend the defense and give him the opportunity to beat his man when overplayed to shoot.

As long as Withers plays 36 minutes and the offense runs through him, I don't care who else gets minutes.

Actually, I would like to see Mitch play at least 25, so as to put pressure on the opposing PG and give us some much needed athleticism.

Lefty, if Pig gets 25 and Withers gets 35, how do you see Basden and Butter splitting the remaining 20 minutes at the forwards?
