Nah, Oklahoma still deserves a title shot. And LSU has had as equally good year as USC. But I still odn't see how LSU leapfrogged them in the BCS when USC is #1. How about a final four at least.

I look at it like this... while I think there should be a playoff I still think Oklahoma deserves a shot... they are getting penalized for when there loss was... had they lost the first game of the season and won every single one after they'd probably be ranked #1 right now... I think the rankings are just as useless as the BCS.

I stnd behind a playoff. The top 4 teams in "BCS" rankings should do a playoff 1vs4 and 2vs3 with the winners playing in the title game. That way bitching about 4,5,6 is your biggest problem. And frankly that's not a BIG problem.

USC's just a better team that OU right now. You don't lose a game and stay #1, #2. That's absurd. They should be the ones who could still win from a separate bowl.

if you had to choose... and were gambling $5000 of your money on it... (no spread) Oklahoma and USC... who do you put your money on. Think seriously about this before making your decision.

I'd put it on USC before I'd put it on OU. Just a gut. OU head up v/s LSU? Probably OU.

People woulda bet on OU in the championship game, too.

Wounded animal? It's the title game. Win and in. What more motivation do you need?
