The "New" ACC SUCKS

After seeing VaTech suspend 2 players for stomping/kicking incidents.....

After seeing the BC b-ball team leave the Dean Dome floor popping their collars and taunting the fans with "Welcome to the ACC"...

After seeing Sean Marshall from BC stand and scream in Redick's face....

And knowing what a poor reputation Miami has....

WHY DID THE ACC ADD THESE 3 TEAMS! Not to mention the loss of the double-round robin format. Geez.

this is one of the most interesting ACC seasons in many years.

It's not the Big East teams fault that wake and ga tech are sucking ass this year

and Marshall was excited because his team was coming back - raising his arms and celebrating - Redick decides to go up to Marshall - Redick was on offense - he was supposed to go around him - not go up to him and raise his arms too. When Marshall saw Redick was pissed he decided to egg him on. That scene was TWO players acting like punks - not just one.

 

maybe if you had read my post, you would have UNDERSTOOD it. then again, maybe you wouldn't have. i said nothing about the quality of basketball going down, said nothing about wake/tech/any other previous member...

i simply said the new teams are a classless bunch. you can be a big east apologist all you want....i don't care.....but at least read the posts before making yourself look silly.

 

I think the new ACC is perfectly fine. the punks in college are more a sign of the times than they are the schools they play for.

The ACC is definitely down this year, and it would have been even if the 3 teams from the Big East hadn't come in. Sean Marshall has been a huge punk all season. He told the Maryland fans to bring it on and taunted them before he went to the free throw line (And bricked his one and one) and taunted UNC. I haven't seen anything classless out of Miami but at best this is a team that barely makes the tournament year in and year out. Virginia Tech was a bad decision to bring into the conference and was obviously done for football purposes. This is the same exact team except minus one starter who went 7-9 last year and they are just sucking this year despite all the internal problems they've had with kids being sick, but UNC, Maryland, Wake, and Ga. Tech are all down this year. Not sure what Maryland's problem has been but Tech and UNC are extremely young and will be great again in the near future. I do hate the no-round robin format and I think it's stupid that State and Duke only play one time, but this is a down year talent wise for most of the ACC and that's why it's been kind of hard to swallow for a couple of people, but I definitely hate all the old Big East teams in the ACC right now. BC is 4-4 right now in ACC play and this is a down year for the ACC. Think what they'll do when the conference comes back up.

 

Need to get rid of those fucking head bands. This is the ACC, not the rec league down at the Y. And unlike NBA players they don't even have the excuse of being paid to wear them.

 

Wow, you're blind. Redick was trying to go to his bench and Marshall stepped in front of him. Then Redick raised his arms. Even that dumbfuck blind Vitale saw that.

 

Can't be any worse than Carolina chest-thumpers or State stereo stealers.

 

If his bench were under the basket then you would be right, but wrong, try again.

It happened as Wossa stated, get over it.

Marshall raise his arms to celebrate and get the crowd going. Redick looked towards him and walked that way. Marshall noticed Redick didn't like it and directed at him at that point. Redick then raised his arms to mock Marshall.

The other commentater started to state something about both players not doing shit like that and before he could finish dookie V jumped in and put it all on Marshall.

 

Tarheel fans don't like Reddick becuase he is a white boy who has a little attitude. If he were black and played for UNC his actions wouldn't even be noteworthy.
