    I dunno, is Karl the guy you want with a young (and very low on talent) expansion team? He seems to be better at dealing with egos (not on a phil jackson level) but he did ok with the big three in mke....anyone that can put up with that bitch sam cassell for more than 10 minutes is an amazing person though....


    would you want a Karl or a Rick Carlisle type as the first coach of your franchise...Carlisle definitely knows how to make something out of very little...

    I guess the GM fiugured Karl couldn't do much when he had a talented squad so what good can possibly come from letting him stick around and coach after all that talent is gone.
