yup. i noticed on the film credits there were a whole slew of rodriguezes on it. it's his film and his family are in it too, i guess...or was that all him? dont remember now.

he had a good story to tell. i give him that.

 

I thought Desperado was great. I watched it several times.

 

it seems that shortly after this thread, the teasers started running for the third movie..."once upon a time in mexico"...with banderas and johnny depp. it's due out in mid september.

 

I finally got a copy of Mariachi after hearing a lot of good stuff about it. Unfortunately, I was disappointed, i thought much of it was boring and there wasn't nearly as much violence as i wanted/expected there to be.

 

yep. kinda left you wanting for more. mad max, tijuana style.

a sequel? what? oh yeah, perfect! put banderas in there. he be awesome for the cheesy parts.

welp, might as well see that one too, then.

mariachi? doesnt he coach the detroit lions now?
