    I can't wait for this. Books were awesome, movie looks damn good too.

    They've been marketing this one to churchs in a "Passion of the Christ" sort of way. Evidently, it has some religious overtones. Should be a good family flick.

    Heh, you could say that. :D

    But everything I've heard about the movie says the producers "toned down" the religious overtones quite a bit. How much, exactly, I have no idea. But I'd be highly surprised if the movie features even half the Christian references of the book(s).

    Saw this last night. I thought it was great. The battle scenes were aweeome and the talking creatures looked real for the most part.

    Yeah, they did. Aslan was a little funky at first, but by the end of the movie he definitely looked real. The interaction between the actors and the animations was superb, IMO. :xyzthumbs

    I'm thinking of talking my 7 year old to go see this instead of 'Chicken Little'. Would it be too much?
