an interception is the same as a tipped ball in this case, the ruling is the same, you can't have pass interference behind where the ball was tipped, the call wouldn't have been any different in middle of the field at any point in the game and the players know it... the fans may not, but they've had their share of breaks *cough*tuck rule*cough so fuck 'em... I hope they cry all season

How often did the Brady rule, I mean tuck rule get called aside from that game where it was invented, I mean called?

The thing that gets me about the frenzied outrage that Dilfer and Company were feeding after the game is false premise that contraversial calls are somehow new. Charlie Waters still hasn't gotten over the PI call Swann drew in Super Bowl XIII. PI calls are judgement calls. Catchability is a judgement call.

The Pats lost because they were down to one final play from the 18. Chances are you aren't going to make that. They didn't.

My only regret about the last play is that we missed what would have no doubt been one of the all time great Purrsy rants. I guess I'll just have to be satisfied with the win.

I'll give Brady props for taking the high road in post game... he didn't whine or bitch, he just said they missed more plays than that one

I like Ray Lewis... he just simply states pass interference didn't occur if the ball never got there, it was intercepted

You are right about Brady. I've seen some funny Brady whining/crying gifs in the last two days but he did neither. He said he could have thrown a better pass. He's still a pretty boy douche but he didn't cry about the last play.

Its like Florio said this morning. Even if Luke had not touched Gronk then Gronk would still have to had gotten through Luke and Lester ,as well, to even get to the ball.
