    I saw The Great Debaters today and I highly reccomend it. Denzel Washington is great and the story is a wonderful tale about a black debate team in the Jim Crow South. See it, it's inspiring.

    Oprah financed it. I'm shocked that the theme is "black people good, white people bad." I'm sure they took a couple stabs at "women good, men bad" in there too.

    My question is, they were great debaters, but were they MASTER debaters?

    I don't care much for Oprah either but this is a really good film. I knew that she had a hand in it but refused to let that spoil a good story.

    It's historically inaccurate, but I've heard it's a good movie anyways.
