    Excellent article. It opened my eyes to some things that I, as a patient with chronic conditions, haven't understood about the health care system as a whole. I know I've experienced--over & over--the frustration of long waits before being able to get an appointment, extremely long waits at the offices of doctors when I do have appointments, being unable to even visit a doctor or fill prescriptions at times, & feeling rushed through the office without gaining any understanding of what's going on....

    Ever try and get a doctor in a new town? Alot of them can't take anymore patients.
