    I really don't have a #, i just want to feel better and look better. I'm already starting to feel a lot better than i was, i have more energy.

    I'd like to know the dealio on my scales! They say one # in one part of the room, then another # when i move them to another part of the room! My floor must not be leveled. They need to be calibrated!! Anyways, i think i have lost some inches in my waist and hips because i tried on some shorts that didn't fit good a couple of weeks ago and now they fit! YEAH Me! :banana:

    don't worry about the dealio just concentrate on getting down to fighting weight, the dealio will take ca4e of itself in that case.

    Well I haven't weight in since the doctors office on the 16th and I'm not going to plan on weighing in again until my October 16 visit. Then I'll let you guys know how much more I'm down. I feel like I"m not losing right now, but the past couple of weeks, I feel as if I've been down on myself anyways...(no need to bore you guys to tears!). But I'm sticking to it and I'll see in October what the good news is!!

    Congrats!!!! I went into the doctor 2 weeks after my initial visit and had lost an additional 4 pounds. 2 pounds a week isn't bad at all.
