    Shoulda posted this monday but here it goes...I've been on Atkins for 10 days (the induction) now and i've lost :drums: ......... 6 lbs!

    I need to measure my inches too so i can keep a track of that too.

    Well if it is any more reassurance, I weighed in today at the doctor's office and am down 30 lbs in 9 weeks (and that was with 3 1/2 days of totally blowing the diet when I was in NC!). I found the first 2 weeks the worst to get through. Once ya get in the frame of mind of knowing what you can and can't eat, it's really easy to stick to.

    And anytime girl! Give me a holler if you get frustrated with the whole thing!

    30lbs. man! that's awesome! you are right about it getting easier, the cravings are slowing down alot. Thanks for the support, it makes it alot easier. This forum was a GREAT idea!

    break it down to a day-by-day goal here in the early stages. just make good decisions from one hour to the next. you'll knock it out one day at a time.

    before you know it, you'll be down a size. then two....
