    Maggie Gyllenhaal is a shitload better of an actress than Katie Holmes. I actually think there was more depth of the Rachael Dawes character in the short amount of time she was on screen than the entire film of Batman Begins with Katie Holmes. It wasn't the writing either. Too bad she goes boom.

    She looks better than Katie Holmes too.

    Think about it...Katie Holmes has snaggle tooth and she's fucking Tom Cruise. WTF

    Surprise, better acting makes for a better movie.

    I think the idea that this Batman is actually supposed to me more than just another action flick with eye candy was lost on some.

    I didn't think that. I found the movie to be really enjoyable. It would have been better to ME with an actress I found more appealing, but to each his own. I'm not a Katie Holmes fan either. I was hoping for somebody different than her as well.

    Than Katie Holmes? OK - but they could have cast somebody just as good as Maggie and much better looking. Geez you guys like to argue just to argue.

    I'm just a little surprised at how shallow some can be in judging a character or movie based upon looks.
