    I've seen it and watching it right now. It's ok, but nothing as good as Daily Show which is pretty stale too. I think he was much better in smaller doses.

    uh-huh. they are cookie cutter shows. often wondered if they didn't air them back to back if colbert report would be better. i'm with chip - he's better in smaller doses. well said, chip, well said. :08:

    For infrequent-viewer folks like me, neither one is stale. I wonder if CC keeps them on because they think the majority of their viewership isn't consistent.
