    I understand about the expensive bag thing. I use a diaper bag as my purse now. And I have a Shizue that will probably never see the light of day. It already has ink marks in it.

    Post a pic. Do they cut good? How do you sharpen them? Can you put them in the dishwasher? Do you use a cutting board? Is there a dedicated tomato knife in the set?
