What is a Sephora? I don't think we have one in Asheville.

Women in general probably do. I've always hated to mess too much with either one, but feel at least SOME is often necessary in dealing with the world outside my house.

Well, makeup anyway. Underwear can be avoided with the right outerwear

Okay, here's the scoop on the BJP lipstick I've found that works the best:

Revlon ColorStay LipColor. You can check it out here:

    http://www.revlon.com/ProductCatalog/ProductDetails.aspx?ProductID=31

Now I have to say, mine has lasted so long that they've changed the packaging; so they may have changed the formula, too. I can tell you that the ones I have will last all day, & they are truly BJP. They don't leave residue on drinking glasses, collars, OR skin ;) It feels a little dry once you've blotted it, so I just dab on a little clear gloss. It doesn't take much to make it feel smooth, shine a bit, & not feel greasy or bleed everywhere.

Another that works well (but may not be available anymore) is Cover Girl Lip Advance. It comes in a compact with a creme-powder color, a gloss, & a double-ended brush for application. Not quite as long-lasting as the Revlon product, but still very good. I haven't seen it in awhile. One of their newer products may be similar.

One thing I'm curious to find out more about is a product I've only seen online called "lip stain." Rather than covering your lips, it's supposed to stain them the same way henna tattoos work, & gradually wear/wash off. I've looked around a bit online, but haven't invested any money to try one yet. I've been told that you can do this with Jello powder & water too, but haven't experimented with it. Of course the color choices would be limited with that

When Brayden was born I had a shit pot of Avent bottles... then I read something about the crazy chemicals in the clear plastics... Repeated heating and reheating (washing in the dishwasher, sterilizing, etc) caused chemicals to be released from the bottles...

Anywhoo... we switched to Playtex Drop-Ins, because I was scared of glass, and they were hella expensive.

OooOOOooo me and Plu have used the stains. They are good but make sure you get the right color. They are great to put on and then put a gloss over or a lipstick color because even if it comes off you still have something on your lips.

I've used every kind of bottle out there. My mom had an inhome daycare when I was younger and I've gotten a TON of experience out of that and with my two nieces and my two daughters. I would love to use the glass but they are way too much. I plan on freezing breast milk too so any bottle will do I guess.
