    i used to know one of the managers, never waited more than 10, always decent food, nothing spectacular and the cheesecake is alright. but i won't be going there much since k left.

    Agree. Cheesecake factory = overrated. I hate those bland, suburbia wannabe yuppie places. TGI Fridays, Chili's, Cheesecake Factory, etc. yawn, boring. And their cheesecake is the best thing there, but far from the best I've eaten.
