All I can say is I am so glad I missed all but the last six minutes. This way it's not so bad for me as if I had invested all afternoon for another fuck up. I did not know in all my years of football there were so many ways to lose when you were ahead. It's so unblievable there are just no words for it.

If I were the Defense I would beat the shit out of the offense and then not fucking speak to them until they got their shit together.

well said reb. i'm so depressed i may swear off the only sports team i follow. i watched the oilers for years when they were awful and i never have gone through anything like this.

just catch the fucking punt and the game is over. the sad part is when he is going up to catch it i'm holding my breath cuz i know it's gonna happen again. fuck that shit that he's a youngster. he's a dumbshit and that sorta stuff has killed any hope we had this season. the bad thing about smith is he seems to have a personality that brings to question if he'll learn from this mistake.

 

I am beginning to dislike Steve Smith greatly, more and more. The boy's too big for his britches. He is never humbled, even after all is mistakes he has made over the last 2 yrs., and lack of production on returns this year. He's not done bad as a reciever, but he hasn't been great either. He needs to learn to keep his mouth shut.
The only times he has done anything as far as returns is when he didn't dance and took it straight upfield. Now he thinks he can beat anybody and he dances till the whole team cleans his clock.
That's two games now in the last 3 where he has fucked up and costed us the game. 1- the kneel down in the endzone (or lack thereof) when we need to come back, and now the not-used fair catch. Talk about chances- Henning doesn't take any, ans S.Smith takes them all, then fucks up. If anyone deserves to be benched it is S.Smith, for his fuckups and T.Stuesse for his ass-wipe 15yd penalties- I'm beginning to hate him too. Oh, and Henning needs to be canned, Delrio could do a better job calling plays.
Where the hell were those "special' secret plays they were supposed to be working on? Hell, we never even ran a reverse.
I hate our offense, it has to be as bad as I've ever seen in my 41 yrs. And I've been watching football for 35. They can't seem to do ANYTHING at all, a I mean ANYTHING. I don't give a rats ass about lack of talent, cause I believe any run of he mill High School team could produce better than we have. I expect to see many new faces on Offense next year, along with all new coaches with the exception of the O-line coach. If there aren't you can expect to see nothing but blackout games at home next season, along with repeating this years' 4-12 record. Of course we'll be lucky if the Bungles don't beat us. Even as bad as Chicago is right now, we will give them the game in the last minute.

Oh, and on a different note: Look for Atlanta to get into the playoffs this year.

yea. i was kinda thinking we were gonna see these naked bootlegs ... which i think woulda been kinda stupid ... so it made sense to me that we would try a couple.

Reverses? I'm not smart about this shit but how do you set up a reverse when you can't run outside to begin with? who is going to overcommit/pursue on one of our sweeps. i think our only chance is to run a sweep and hope we can gain something as the other team rolls down in laughter.
