As well as Stephen Davis being NFC Offensive Player of the Week for this week (again!:boune: ), Kasay is the NFC Special Teams Player of the Month for October. I like that our guys are getting recognized, even though the media is not really recognizing the team as a whole. But, I hope they keep plugging along and piling up the wins.

I think they will. Kasay is having his best year when many, including myself, thught he was done. Davis is just a horse. The thing about him is he always goes forward. Even when he looks stopped he seemss to get positive yardage. Look at what he's doing compared to what Spuurier's piss poor backs are doing. The sad thing is, he's arrogant enough to think he did the right thing with Davis. Idiot.

We get a shit load of attention from the media in my opinion. They actually over hype our average defense.

in the won-loss record where it's always been. as far as i know, the only time teams are ranked in the nfl is when the draft order is set. and where the team fits into that list is determined by the team.

I think it's laziness. Y'know, sticking to the "story line" cause it's easier than actually doing any real reporting. So you get fed stories about the D of the Panthers. Same as with politics. Bush is dumb, Gore is a liar, etc.
