    Duke. They lost Brand, Avery, Maggette, and Langdon (all top 14 picks) in 99 and made it to the sweet 16 the next year.

    go ahead and kick the heels while they are down this year...you got yours last year, and you'll get it again next year. heck, you'll probably get it this year too since roy is the 2nd best coach in the conference.

    Whatever happened to UNC being in the top 3 all the time, suddenly they are mentioning off years. Doesn't sound like the UNC I watched growing up.

    Different time and era, NO team back then and even the dook '99 team lost as much.

    A lot more kids going pro now early now then 10 years ago.

    It's good to see that the National Champs can still bring out the bitterness of the haters though.

    Plus you all may regret the trash talking without the season starting yet. As a dookie said, a lot of people counted out that '99 dook team.
