    I made it almost 3 days..........

    just ate two cookies, a butterfinger and a babyruth. Now I'm going for a budweiser!

    The first time we tried it we only made it 2 days. This time we were more prepared. We stocked up the freezer and cooked lots of stuff ahead of time. Kept a large bowl of salad in the fridge also. The part I hated the first time was when I wanted a snack I had to take an hour and cook it.

    Give it a few days (weeks) and try again.

    first the first time ever in my life I have to agree with Sly. You gave in man. :( Dieting and excersise is not fun, its a commitment you have to make. It sucks, but I have made the commitment to lose this belly. :)

    I got a $100 a week bet going with my boss. He got the secretary to bring the candy and cookies in along with a 12 pack of bud.

    My main problem is the most exercise I've got the last two years is walking from the car to the house. I'm going to start riding my bike and working out again. I got a metro Y membership and never use it, along with an olympic bench and freeweights.

    I'm also going to go pick up a fat burning suppliment from GNC. Something that gives me more energy to exercise and less hunger.

    Last but not least, I'm going to stop drinking Bud and go back to Natural Light.

    As far as the pussy comments'.... I still weigh 220 and I'll sit on your ass if you don't shut the fuck up!
