    From what I have heard, the fans were giving Doug Brocail (Ranger pitcher) a hard time about being over weight, he freaked and was the one going after the fans (as seen on ESPN) No cussing was going on this per a ball boy in the area. Why Francisco would throw a chair into a crowd is ridiculus (sp) The lady has already said she was going to sue (per her husband, looks like a suit) They ought to sue the A's for not having security down there. I have been to Oakland Alameda stadium and the bullpen is right next to the stands. Beer and confrontation are a bad thing

    who gives a fuck what someone said? Fans pay money for seats, and while they shouldn't act like asses, they have a point to where they can go with it. Who knows if even the hecklers were drunk, it doesn't matter now. Maybe these athletes shouldn't be bitches and remind themselves that they make 10000% more than what the fans make. Throwing a chair into a crowd is both stupid, and only moves those people into a higher income bracket via lawsuits. I only wish I were so lucky. The ticket you buy states you can get hit with a hit ball, not with a chair thrown by a dumbfuck retard.

    Everyone got asshurt when the fans ran on the field and beat up a 1st base coach. That should be the only time players even acknowledge the people in the stands.

    did yall see the pic in the disturber today? i love the range of expressions on the faces of the fans who witnessed the "chair". most of the guys were like "this is so cool" to "i cant stop looking".......and the gals were like "OMG" with their mouth wide open. good pic of classic example of the differences in the male vs. female mentality.

    I noticed that too Tank.

    This guy needs the BOOK thrown at him. I don't care what a fan "says" there is no excuse for a player to attack a fan.

    When the eyes of a ranger are upon you anything you do he's gonna see, so when you're in texas look behind you cause thats where the rangers gonna be........
