    Some reports are also saying that Kiffin will bring his father with him to Knoxville as the defensive coordinator. If this happens it's huge for Tennessee. Monte Kiffin is the best defensive mind in the NFL, and quite possibly all of football. He is currently Jon Gruden's defensive guru in Tampa Bay. I know he turned down several head coaching jobs through his career, and until recently was the highest paid assistant in the NFL. (Pre Jason Garrett, Jim Mora and Jim Caldwell's promo's) Don't know if it will actually happen or if it's speculation, but it could be huge.

    Also heard that too. It makes me wonder why he would turn down millions of dollars to coach under his son, could be a life long dream of his to do I guess but if this is the case, UT has done a great job of selecting Kiffin.
