On the firing of Doherty

I agree with all you guys! Why can't things be the same as the 70s and 80s? Why did Dean get old? It's not fair; it's just not fair. We are North Carolina! We can't lose games. I want it to be 1982 again! Why can't we go back? Gutheridge, Williams and Fogler have got to come back to the bench as assistant coaches! It's not fair that dook has a great coach and that Maryland is showing promise. (waaaah!)

We should get every great player in recruiting! I don't like the shot clock or the 3 pt line: it doesn't help us. We need the four corners and the blue team and the run and jump defense!

Look in the rafters! See the jerseys? We can't lose, we just can't. I want to go back to Carmichael. I want the corner scoreboard! It's not fair.

We need to fire Doherty. And keep firing whoever gets the job until things are just like they used to be! I won't stand for more of this! (waaaah!)

Of course that's just my opinion. I could be wrong.

I've not seen that on any 49er board or by any 49er fan. And remember, we passed on having Doherty as the coach there too.

the obsession has gotten beyond old.

 

No need to post about the Niners Wossa. Most all Tar Heel fans say we've never been at their level so there's no need to bitch and moan about them. Many of us were preaching next season with Iti coming in since last October, not this season.

Maybe we're getting like State fans, win one game (Cincy) and we're happy.

 

Yea we're happy just winning a certain game(HaHa). Don't tell the people on our board this or the throngs of fans e-mailing the AD wanting Herb gone. Also try convincing Herb that his job is safe just by beating UNC. Personally I like Herb but I don't know where you got it that State fans are "happy". Herb will certainly be glad to hear this and his radio show will be a little calmer.
