This is the worst--WORST--possible matchup for Denver's offense. It's not hard to understand going 4/5 wide and playing out of the spread neutralizes Harrison and Woodley. Their secondary is decent, but good enough to beat if you have the personnel and spread attack to mitigate their playmakers.

Unfortunately, I don't see any opportunities for Denver to win this game offensively. And I'd love to see Fox roll to another title game, but I just don't see it.

Denver needs to screen like mad, not just to the HBs but the WRs & TEs as well.

Someone should remind Kordell Stewart that he had golden chances but blew those chances at the same time while he was blowing every queer cock in Pittsburgh.

yeah win or lose, this is obviously a lot different than what he'd been doing in the past. Honestly, though, what Pittsburgh is doing defensively seems like it's taking them completely out of their element, which is not like them obviously.

I wonder if any potential Quinn prep pushed him to a better day.

Jesus Christ, I'm sitting here lauding a one touchdown, sub 50% completion 230 yard day.

All this aside, Von Miller is ridiculously talented. I'll be honest, we didn't need him, I didn't pay him that much attention. I knew he was better than most linebackers coming out, but guy fucking impacts. There were about five guys I thought were good for us, and Miller I never gave a second thought about. Bravo to Fox, who could've bettered his team significantly with Dareus, but found a playmaker in Miller.

OK. See, that, that's interesting. An 80 yard TD to win a playoff game is interesting. Had we not been forcefed this douchebag most of the year, it'd be really kinda neat.

    Not really, no.

The CBS guys said that Florio was full of shit, that Quinn only got his usual two snaps in the practice that was open to media.
