Yeah they were gassed in the second half. I thought they acquitted themselves very well in the first half, well until about the last 5 min of the first half anyway. They hit 5 of their first 7 threes in the first 15 min. The third quarter was when the US really dominated.


Glad to see I wasn't the only one to catch the nba on nbc theme. Anyone know what time they are showing the next game?

USA defeated Czech Republic, 97-57 this past Saturday in their opener and also crushed China by a score of 108-63, today.

One big upset in Olympic play as Lithuania, whom the USA men destroyed in a pre-Olympic exhibition in Macau, knocked off defending gold medalists Argentina, 79-75.

Thanks to NBC's vague schedule, I think they are all televised live. However, due to TWC's shitty new interface, to record a 2 hour basketball game I have to record the whole block from 5-9 am, as well as 2 hours over (in case it goes past 10 am.)

That's a pretty big chuck of the whole dvr. I can't wait till my new pc comes and I can give this POS back to Time Warner.

 

Damn firewall won't allow the plugin. Oh well.

 

don't worry, the game was on usa i think. so no high def anyways. i recorded hdnet or whatever for 4 hours and got women's soccer. maybe if you taped nbc6 you got lucky.
