OK. I just don't want it to turn into a Sandyfest like it usually does. Let's continue discussing the Rams, shall we?

You make it sound like a beach blast or something...

Back to the Rams - As much as I feel Kurt is the primary reason for the Rams success (leadership and all that stuff). I wonder how much longer their line will be in tact?

I don't know about the line, but I wonder about Faulk. One of these days he's going to be injured such that he'll be out longer than a couple of games.

Faulk is awesome no doubt. I don't know that Trung will get to Faulk status, but he did prove he can throw up some huge stats when placed in the same system as Faulk... Thats why I think they would be hurt more if Kurt went down than if Faulk went down.

Minus the right tackle position, the line is fine and includes two Pro-Bowlers. Pace rivals Ogden as the best in the game.
Lose any of their key players, be it Pace, Warner, or Faulk, any of those 3, and no, they don’t look as good. They’ve been relatively lucky in the injury department the last 3 years, only missing Warner and Faulk for short periods, and at the time they had pretty good backups.
I personally believe SandMan’s biggest problem with Martz is he wouldn’t play his FF player after Faulk recovered his health.
    :wink2:

They got Martin, Bulger, and Bellesari behind Warner. I think I read somewhere they were going to make Bellesari a safety or something. Either way, Martin is the guy if Warner goes down. Hmmm....

I liked Bulger in college. He's got a gun.

Well that would be true, only I had Faulk and Trung on the roster...

Wow fellas, that's some great draft analysis. Maybe instead of talking about the draft we can go over Sandy's likes and dislikes a few more times.

To be honest, it's probably time for a new team. That last draft just looks worse and worse by the day.
