    Leinart isn't even the best player on his team. The QB at Cal is much better than him for that matter.

    Lienart's numbers are staggering. His QB rating, Completion to INT ratio, and Completion Percentage are all very good. His team was #1 all year long due largely in part to his play. I say he was a very good choice. Doesn't Peterson still have a few years to win it?

    yeah, but the heisman is supposed to go to the best overall player in the game, but we all know it's confined to only upperclassmen. Peterson should have won, but he never had a chance since he's a freshman.

    bullshit, but in the end it doesnt matter. I don't even care..didnt watch it.
