Edith Herron says the Knights should help pay for medical bills.

Now, don't get me wrong, I feel really sorry for the kid who got hit by the baseball at the Knights game recently. BUUUUUUUTTTTTTTTTTTTTT, I have no sympathy for her parents trying to set a new legal precedent   ; Despite having numerous signs, announcement, and ticket stubs saying that the team isn't responsible for fans being hit by foul balls, they feel that the team should pay for their kids health bill anyhow  !! I know its got to be a big financial burden for them to try to pay for the kids hospital bills, but we don't need another Pandora's Box to be open for 1) a new avenue for lawyers to get rich , which would in turn 2) clog up our already overburned legal system even more with lawsuits. I'm sure some lawyer whispered in there ear that they C-O-U-L-D possibly get some money out of this  . . .

What a stupid bitch. She should be put in jail for putting her child in that potentially dangerous situation. It says clearly on the ticket that balls can cause injury and that you are viewing at your own risk.

I don't know what's worse. Her for being so damn stupid or the damn ambulance chaser that put her up to it. Next she'll go home, turn on the stove, burn her hand, and try and sue the guy that built the fucking house.

ridiculous.... I agree that this would set a horrible precedent if they get away with this. I hope that the Knight's organization fights this all the way and does give some type of settlement just to clear the air. I do feel bad for the family and I am sure that this will be a burden for them but this is in no way the team's responsibility. Period.
