    Keep at it, man. Winter months are a bitch when you're trying to lose weight. I know it's discouraging, but hang in there and don't give up. Just keep making good decisions, and the weight will come off.

    To be honest I have not been able to consistently make good food choices. I struggle with my appetite.

    My doctor does not want to help me. He gave me the standard eat less exercise more suggestions. I may look around and see if I can find one who will be more proactive.

    I struggled a couple of weeks ago pretty badly, and went back to my starting weight of 240 last Tuesday. I started writing down what I ate, and that keep me on track much better. Yesterday weighed in at 234. Hopefully I can keep that trend.
