I'm in my last week before the big weigh in. It's called the "Biggest Loser" (insert jokes here) You lose 10% you get a free pair of Asic (sp) running shoes or regular tennis shoes. Highest percentage for men and women get a Itouch. I am around 12%. I'd love to lose another 8 pounds and get it to 15%. Working out everyday this week and probably going no carbs all the while flushing with massive amounts of water.

Man, Ace does the loser program at his work but they don't get those kind of prizes.

I'm down to my High School weight. I'd like to be at my College weight though...I was skinny then.

Adkins sucks. I did it for w week and was pretty good along with working my ass off 5 times in a week and dropped 3 lbs. Back on my Weight Watchers this week enjoying vegetables, oatmeal and fruit. I have heard through the grapevine someone dropped 40 lbs starting off around 230 so I don't have a shot at the ITouch. Not that I really had a use for it. I am going to stay on Weight Watchers until I get down to highschool weight then use 5 lbs heavier as my "get off your fat ass" weight

I like the rule: If your Great Grandmother didn't eat it you shouldn't either. That kind of makes it very simple and cuts out a LOT of processes crap. I like to cook my own stuff so I know exactly what is in it. I don't really work out but housework and keeping the kids and well, just doing things the way I have to do them is a big work out some days. I was about 10-12 pounds lighter in College than I am now but I think I was close to being under weight then. Being only 5'1.5 10 pounds is a good bit of weight.

Started back on the liquid meal replacement program this week. So far, so good.

    Mon 4/26 - 219.6
    Tues 4/27 - 217.6
    Wed 4/28 - 219.3

Yesterday I forgot to bring my shake for lunch, and got stupid. Had a French dip with fries and an enormous chocolate chip cookie. Call it my birthday splurge.)

Not coming off as fast as I'd like, but it's coming off. I think that's due to a combination of the pain meds I'm on, and the fact I'm 5 years older than I was the last time I was on the program. I was hoping to be close to my normal weight (190-195) by my 20 year reunion on 6/19. Unfortunately, that ain't gonna happen. I seriously doubt I'll fit into my suit, and that sucks.
